
Lachezar Vesov
Lachezar Vesov graduated from the Faculty of Law at New Bulgarian University in Sofia in 2013. In 2020, he successfully completed an arbitration course at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 2022, he obtained a Master’s degree in European Union Law from the Faculty of Law at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and a postgraduate qualification in European Union Law from Lorraine University in Nancy, France. He began his professional career at a debt collection agency in Sofia, Bulgaria, where he worked as a jurist and gained experience in enforcement proceedings. In 2016, he was admitted as a member of the Sofia Bar Association. He has worked at one of the largest law firms in Sofia specializing in criminal law. Currently, Vesov is primarily focused on providing legal services to commercial companies, offering comprehensive support for their ongoing operations, share and stock transactions, and the drafting and analysis of contracts. He is fluent in English and Russian.

Hristen Chilikov
Hristen Chilikov is a law student at the Faculty of Law of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". During his education, he deepened his knowledge in various legal areas, showing a particular interest in public law, international relations and the legal regulation of the media. He is a member of the Student Diplomatic Club (SDK) at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", where he actively participates in events related to diplomacy, international law and geopolitics. He is part of the Faculty Student Council (FSC) of the Faculty of Law, where he is engaged in protecting student rights and academic initiatives. His interests are focused on law, politics, history and the media and he considers their interaction as key to the development of democratic processes and the rule of law. During his studies, he strives to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience, participating in various discussions, academic forums and student initiatives. He is fluent in English.

Georgi Chobanov
Georgi Chobanov graduated from the Faculty of Law at New Bulgarian University in Sofia in 2013. He began his legal career in the Municipality of Sozopol, working in the Municipal Property Department. Later, he became part of the legal departments of two of the largest commercial companies specializing in mediation in real estate transactions—"Address Real Estate" JSc. and "Imoteka" JSc. where he continues to practice law. Thanks to his extensive daily experience and involvement in hundreds of real estate transactions, Georgi Chobanov has gained significant expertise in the legal aspects of such transactions. In addition to his work in real estate, his practice also encompasses family law, inheritance law, legal matters related to the Law on Spatial Planning, the Law on Measures Against Money Laundering, commercial law and legal representation. Georgi Chobanov also has substantial experience in litigation and legal representation in civil and commercial matters. He is fluent in English.

Radina Dakova
Radina Dakova is a law student at the Faculty of Law of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski.” Throughout her studies, she has developed a strong and consistent interest in civil law, with a particular focus on property law and its significance in contemporary legal practice. She possesses in-depth knowledge of legal principles and their practical application, actively participating in academic initiatives, discussions, and trainings. Radina is committed to continuous professional development through internships and courses, where she applies her theoretical knowledge to real-life cases. On a practical level, she has taken part in resolving legal issues related to property disputes, analysis of ownership, possession, and real rights. She demonstrates skills in legal analysis, drafting legal opinions and procedural documents, and working effectively with clients. Radina believes that solid legal training and critical thinking are essential for building a fair and efficient legal system. She is proficient in English and Spanish.
Evlogi B. Evlogiev
Evlogi B. Evlogiev completed his master’s degree in “Economics of Defense and Security – Corporate Security” in 2013 at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. In 2008, he began his career as an accountant in an accounting firm, where he gained over 12 years of professional experience. His career continued in the private sector, where he specialized in providing services to major commercial brands in Bulgaria and the international market. Evlogi Evlogiev also possesses significant experience related to activities in the security sector. After acquiring substantial professional experience, he continued his development as an accountant in a holding company specializing in various activities, primarily construction. Within a short period, he was promoted to the position of “Financial Director,” which he holds to this day, contributing actively with his skills and expertise.
